Every company how big or small has it strategy and vision, so have I. you maybe the one in charge as CEO, board executive or manager of departments. You have your vision and skills to achieve your prior goals to be met. Working with a best of qualified professionals to succeed.
But how do you manage to keep your team happy, healthy and strong enough to endure even hard times? ....

The time of - giving them food and games - is not at all sustainable any more. And I need to address that is also an none humanistic approach on the value of the people in your team. You and your team need to act before needing this as a motivation tool. The raising of awareness by providing balanced breathing exercises creates a solid foundation to ultimately benefit in yoga classes, meditation rooms and mindfulness training. because what is the most common result when class is over........

In most cases in my 25 year of experience the majority of people fall back into there daily habits. Why.....because how important the class was, the muscles did not received new muscle memory to produce new behaviour. The body and mind only enjoyed the experience.  Just the experience of the practise is not suitable enough to implement a new habbit in the daily tasks needed to succeed the prior goals.

even you are the CEO, the board executive or manager of departments, as a company owner we need to read and feed by the regulations provided by the law. I am not intending to educate in these matters.

The law of how to run your business, building requirements, employee rights, finances, rules and restrictions for your team to work by and get paid. So in order to keep your team healthy, letting people falling out of various reasons is downpassing the health of your whole company. Not to mention the financial rules and regulations to maintain a contracted team member in sick relieve.

So it is important to understand what makes a team member fall out. And how with in rules and regulations can you prevent this.
